Allow for Microsoft Teams integration with the Meetings tool and scheduling in the CRM

Within our organization we use Microsoft Teams for all meetings. When people book a meeting through the Meeting tool with someone, we now have to manually send out an additional Microsoft Teams meeting. We would like to these meeting tool invites to already be Microsoft Teams invites. I know this is possible since Hubspot does exactly this within their own organization, except with Zoom.

It would really make a big difference to us if this were possible.

This issue has been merged with Marialll2694's post titled: Automatic Microsoft Teams Invite Link to be sent when meeting is scheduled. All comments and kudos have been combined here.

When you scheudle a meeting through hubspot it should be integrated with Microsoft Teams in a way that it creates the invite with the conference link. Currently you have to send another invite with the link.

We were considering purchasing HubSpot and this integration threw a wrench in the whole deal. With COVID 19 we are all having to work remote and we use Microsoft Teams (along with 75 million users) because it's part of our corporate suite. Not having this integration is detrimental to a seamless & delightful experience with our clients.

Part of the "magic" with HubSpot is that something like this doesn't happen. I was even more surprised to see that both the Google and Zoom integrations have been done.

Please put nuMedia on the list of "What urgently". We've had to change our conferencing solution to Zoom temporarily which disrupts all our other Teams integrations. Thank you.

HubSpot development team - its been 18 months since covid-19 hit, and forced businesses to adapt remote and virtual conference tools - eg. Microsoft teams, Zoom and others.  Plugging Teams into Hubspot should be a very relatively straight forward product update and integration with Hubspot, surely this is a priority for Hubspot to fast track its development to provide this essential feature for HubSpot users.

Zoom V's Microsoft teams

There are reports that Hubspot's partnership and commercial licence agreement with Zoom is restricting HubSpot from releasing a new product Microsoft teams (competes with Zoom) as part of its core function and product offering.  This may or may not explain why its taking so long, and that the ongoing status (and silence) from Hubspot that it is in "beta" phase.  This beta phase may continue for some time until Hubspot is commercially permitted (if ever) to launch Microsoft teams.

Happy for Hubspot to clarify and give us a firmer update on when its coming 🙂 hopefully with some more positive news 🙂

I thought the integration was already in place until someone booked a time on my calendar with the URL provided by Hubspot but only found out that she was still expecting a meeting link while I thought it was already sent by Hubspot. Not smooth good user experience at all! Meeting link that goes out with booking is considered a default in the new normal of working nowadays!!

Hi, we are also interested in this feature. It would be encouraging for management to go further with HubSpot's paid version to have this feature available. Best - Paul, Marketing Manager.
