It would be nice to have the option to edit the unengaged contact list that is created from a marketing email. If that is not an option it would be great to clearly state that this is read-only and remove the edit/save options from this list.
+1 for this. With Apple's privacy changes, the current default unengaged list criteria is pretty much useless and ensures you either send to a bunch of unengaged folks for don't send to an unknown number of engaged contacts using Apple (so mostly the US).
We are using this work-around: We created a new Unengaged Contacts 2023 list with the filters that, for us, reflects a contact that is truly unengaged. We then select our 'Unengaged Contacts 2023' list on the 'Don't send to' dropdown menu when sending an email. It's tedious, but it works until HubSpot lets us edit the filters on Unengaged contacts.
I would like to be able to change the filters. We send out our newsletter from Hubspot. Anyone who takes a 3 week holiday is marked as unegaged contact.
We should be able to edit the criteria of the unengaged contacts list for our own needs which can always change. My team also needs to suppress unengaged contacts who haven't engaged with an email in 90 days to help remove a Gmail block and this would be a much safer and easier way to do that than having to add manual suppression lists to every email.
