Allow developers to change CSS and JS render options of a module in the Design Manager
It would be useful to be able to set a module's meta.json css_render_options and js_render_options parameters from within the Design Manager. It would help with optimising modules for page speed.

Yes, please. Even better would be if HubSpot intelligently set these values (or gave developers the option to do so) based on whether the css and js are critical for above-the-fold rendering. I can update these values locally, but since I have no way to predict where our content editors are going to use any given module (above the fold or not), it's pretty hard to make good use of these.
