Allow contacts without an email address to be enrolled in a Sequence
Allow contacts to enroll in a Sequence without an email address.
Sequences currently don't allow for contacts to be enrolled without having an email address for the contact. It would be a great idea to have the ability to create a Sequence with "Call tasks" and/or "Linkedin tasks" that we can then enroll contacts into that are without email.
Yes, I definitely agree with this. We have a number of leads who don't provide an email address and we connect via phone. Causes us a problem for follow ups that we can't sequence the outreach to convert them.
This is absolutely insane that you can't enroll contacts into a sequence with no e-mail. In our industry, most of our outreach is cold calling with no e-mail associated with it. We moved to HubSpot because it was the most all-in-one solution, but ignoring this basic functionality is forcing us to use a 3rd party sequencing tool and making HubSpot less sticky.
