Allow chat to accept visitor identity provided by external system

Hi,
 
We use HubSpot Messages on an external website.
Whenever a user logs in, the required cookie is not loaded initially, so the user is not recognised and is shown as unknown and is therefore not redirected to the correct HubSpot Owner. After a page refresh (F5), everything is fine. We could force the page ro refresh on load, but that's not a preferred solution.
Ideally we would be able to send the user information to HubSpot using an API right after they log in.

+1 for that, because this https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/tracking_code_api/identify_visitor does not work for us.
