Live chat is a really powerful channel. It feels like a real lost opportunity that we can not make annoucements through the chat channel proactively. I.e. letting users know about new functionality or services or changes.
Other ideas have been posted that are the same. However, if Hubspot'd benchmark that they'd see it's overdue to add such a function both for marketing purposes as well as customer support
