Allow a petition for HubSpot to accept certain file types in Help Desk
Using Help Desk, we can no longer attach some of our company's native file types to emails—file types such as .lic, .ksp, .bip; for example.
Some of these files are only 100kb in size and we are forced to zip (compress) to send them, which looks pretty silly on our end to zip such a small file. And this requires our customers to use a tool to unzip such a small file.
The other workaround is to use the built-in file manager, but that means we have extra steps to send a file numerous times a day. Also, using the Tickets CRM in HubSpot still works this way, but we know HubSpot is focusing on the Help Desk CRM going forward. Additionally, if a customer needs to send these kinds of file types to us, it's not possible at all, so it puts a blocker for our customers to communicate with our support team with the needed info and files effectively.
It is far easier to just upload these files to our customers. Can we petition to allow certain file types to be natively attached to the Help Desk CRM?
