Allow a ServiceHub ticket to send a "Manage Subscription" preference link to contacts
Some contacts may unsubscribe from all email subscriptions, but wish at a later date to re-subscribe or revert their unsubscription. However, if they have deleted all previous marketing emails, they may not have a link they can use to resubscribe.
I would like to be able to send a contact an email from within ServiceHub to the contact, with a link that they can use to manage their preferences, and subsequently re-subscribe to email subscriptions. ServiceHub would work great for that (since they may have opened a ticket asking how to re-subscribe) or may call and ask how to re-subscribe. Since ServiceHub sends a transactional email, it would be a good option for that.
