Allow a ChatBot to Route to Different Inboxes Based on Selections

From what I have experienced with Chatflows, one inbox = one or multiple chatflows. I would like to be able to have one bot chatflow and based on the selections, the bot is able to send the site visitor to any inbox. The selections will determine which inbox the user gets sent to.  For our purposes, our Customer Service department responds to all live chat inquiries. We have one segment, retail, that has it's own customer service department, separate from the one the responds to live chat. As a result, I started building a bot that gathers information from the user before sending them to a representative. If the user selects "Retail" I want the bot to then send them to the Retail Inbox. That way everything stays completely separate.

Did you ever have any luck getting this to work?  I need the same thing!

I just got off a chat w/a Hubspot rep about this same issue. 

 

In the meantime, have you figured out a workaround @mcjonas_opis ?

100% needing this feature too, so site visitors can contact either "sales" or "customer service".  Definately a feature you would expect from a subscription level crm.
