Allow Workflows to distinguish between different tracking links / UTM parameters

We have emails containing multiple tracking URLs that direct to the same page while using different UTM codes, in order to track which CTA that a contact has clicked on.  We would like to program workflow actions (such as setting a contact property) based on which specific tracking link a contact has clicked. However, Workflows do not allow for this option, as all UTM parameters are stripped from links shown inside the actions menu. 

 

It would help greatly to show all variations of tracking links that exist in a marketing email so that workflow actions can be programmed around specific link / CTA click behaviors.
