Allow Users to Edit General Working Hours in 15-Minute Increments
Currently, HubSpot only lets users define a user’s general working hours in 30-minute increments. There’s no option to set start and end times (or break times) in 15-minute increments. This forces teams to either block off larger-than-necessary chunks of availability, reducing true capacity, or risk scheduling users back-to-back with zero transition time, leading to stress, late starts, and lower service quality.
