Allow Ticket view to display Assigned to ME and Unassigned
It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time. We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both. It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view.
