For reporting purposes this ability is important so that all names are in the proper form. Some people put theirs in all caps or dont do any captalizing of the first letter and on reports this doesnt look professional when using the Hubspot User field. As a Super Admin this would be a simple change. It would probably also be nice to allow others to change but all Im asking for is for Super Admins at the moment.

If you go into the user record --> prefrences you can edit a users name there (just a note you can't edit a users name if they are on more than 1 hubspot account1). You can now click on the email address of your user from Users & teams to view their record, with more actions available to you than before. Thanks for the feedback on partitioning! This change doesn't impact anything permissions related, but I can pass that along to the relevant team.

What do you mean by "via a new User record"? The other key part to this is that for instance, we at Home Office assign Hubspot Users who are franchise owners to their perspective franchises but we dont want those Hubspot Users to see anything in that franchise object.
Franchises #1 - Bob Smith #2 - John Nelson
If we make notes for franchise #1 we dont want Bob Smith seeing those notes but we do need to know that Bob Smith is the owner. Does that make sense?
