Allow Sorting of Tickets by Unique Priority

When sorting tickets in the services portal, I would like to be able to indicate the priority of one ticket over another, not by overall priority (low, medium, high) or by date, but of one ticket's priority relative to another.  I think this would be done by including a hidden field of "actual rank" or something of that nature that changes as a ticket is clicked and dragged with a column. This is important because it allows us to create sprints of work and organize our backlog so that we know ticket priority and what we should be working on.  This functionality is the basis of most kanban and scrum boards and can be seen in Jira, Trello, etc.
