Allow Sending Emails from Customer Service Communication Subscription
It seems from my discussion with Hubspot support that the Customer Service Communication subscription is only used for sending feedback emails from service hub and I'm not able to use it to send other emails.
I want to be able to send some automated emails during the ticket process but the recommendation seems to be to create a second customer service subscription type and send from that since the existing one can't be used.
This just seems broken to be completely honest, I suppose I'll need some automations to make sure if you're subscribed to one you're also subscribed to the other. Also customers will see multiple types when they manage their settings. None of this is ideal, and it would be useful to just be able to use the single subscription type.
