Our biggest client previously used Dynamics before migrating to HubSpot. Despite all the benefits they have not that they did not imagine before, one very problematic thing for them is not being able to search on more than the two default properties in Deals.
A common scenario occurs when there is a new prospect or lead coming in from the website from a new name at one of the accounts they own. Previously they could search the company name or other property they already knew about the account to (for example) see what products they already purchased and when. We are not creating reports for them to do this, but the response is slow and it is very cumbersome for them to do this with multiple clicks moving outside of Deals. Personally, I found it odd that some objects have many properties indexed and others, like Deals, only two.
