It would be very helpful to have the ability to filter and set workflow triggers for Salesforce Campaign Statuses. Currently, we can filter lists by Salesforce Campaign and we can use it as a trigger for workflows, but we cannot take it a step farther by creating lists or triggering workflows based on the status of that campaign (such as "responded" or "sent").
The only option available is to set a Salesforce Campaign with a status in a workflow, but that doesn't help with the use case above.
Hi all, curious how you are dealing with this issue today given that it is NOT an available feature? We have our sales team updating campaign status in salesforce (they get a call from a prospect who saw our email, for example), but when the sales team updates the status in Salesforce, HubSpot doesn't know it.
@Pedels01 -- Right now we set statuses by using a workflow. So, for instance, in Salesforce we'll create the custom status "Open," and then, in HubSpot, we'll build a workflow to automatically set the status to "Open" for anyone who opened that email.
However, later on, if we want to filter or sort by that "Open" status, we have to run a "Campaign with Campaign Members" report in Salesforce and then download it as a csv file. From there, we upload it into HubSpot to create a list.
