Allow Page location as filter criteria for non-HubSpot Forms in Lists

I have what I thought was a simple requirement for my client. 

They are using non-HubSpot Forms (since they have rather a few Forms). I'm trying to create a List of Contacts who've submitted a Form on a specific Page, because the same Form is used across multiple pages on their site. 

When I create the List, I'm only able to select the Form completed was completed on Any page - this isn't very helpful, since I need to limit to one specific page location.

Please can we expand non-HubSpot Forms to have the same functionality as HubSpot Forms.
