Allow Meeting Scheduler to Respect Google Calendar Appointment Schedules (Not Just Free Time)

Hi HubSpot team,

I’d like to suggest a functionality improvement for the Meeting Scheduler tool.

Currently, HubSpot considers any free block in my primary Google Calendar as available for meetings, ignoring whether that time is intentionally made available for scheduling. However, Google Calendar recently launched a feature that allows users to set up dedicated appointment schedules — time slots that are explicitly meant to be available for external bookings.

This is incredibly useful when someone wants to control their availability more intentionally, such as offering limited slots during specific hours or avoiding ad hoc bookings.

Feature request:
It would be great if HubSpot’s meeting scheduler could recognize and sync with the "appointment schedule" blocks in Google Calendar, rather than showing all open time as bookable.

This would:

• Offer more accurate control over availability.

• Prevent unintended meeting bookings in time I want to keep unscheduled.

• Align better with how Google Calendar is evolving for professionals.

Is this type of integration being considered by the product team? I believe it would be a valuable improvement for many users who rely on structured scheduling.
