Currently, all datetime fields in hubdb are based around UTC - 0:00.
When building out databases for clients, I would like to be able to set what local time zone this column is based around. This way, our clients would not have to do time math to figure out what time the event is on UTC - 0:00 time, they can just enter it in local time.
