Allow Internal Notification Email to Reach Users' Extra Team

Currently, when send internal email notification is used as a step in workflows, this only reaches users for whom the notification's assigned team is the user's main team.

 

This should be extended to the user's extra team.

It may be for example that the user's main team is their department, and the extra team being their job function.

 

Ex:

Main Team: HR Outsourcing, H&S Outsourcing etc.

Extra Team: Legal Admin

 

In the above example, a workflow may want to reach out to all legal admin staff regardless of their department, but current limitations in workflows prevent this.

Absolutely agree. People can be in multiple teams. So why should they only get emails from some workflows and not others?
