Allow Form submissions that create a conversation to get same email notification

When our clients send us a support request via email, it creates a NEW CONVERSATION and we get an email notification with a button in that email that says "Reply". When hitting that reply button, it takes us directly to the conversation thread. Completely expected flow.

 

We also have a support form submission in our CMS and when our clients fill that out it creates a NEW CONVERSATION. But what's annoying is that we don't get the new conversation email notification. Instead we get a different email notification that directs us to the contact record.

 

This doesn't make any sense to us because we set them both up to create new conversations, so why wouldn't we get the same new conversation notifications?!?!

 

There's clearly a reason why you guys did this, but it would be nice to have some similarity between some of your features. This isn't the first post I've made here about one thing working one way and then something else completely different, when the expectaions are the same.

 

At least give us the option to set our preferences for this. "You've set this form up to create a new conversation. Do you want to recieve the Form Submission notifications or the New Conversation notifications"
