Allow Filtering for Round Robin Lead Assignment

My idea for the round robin system is to automatically set it by default. Default would just be an equal distribution. 

 

Also, the round robin system has numerical differentiation. This way for deals over or under a certain dollar amount, or possibly you want some employees to receive more of the round robin sort by giving them a certain percentage of all deals. This way by being able to sort by percentage of leads and being able to sort leads by the dollar amount. This would allow your best employees to close more deals, or close more high-end deals, and allow your newer or less productive employees the practice needed to close, and allow leads and workers to scale effectively and reduce the risk of losing big clients to random assortment!
