Allow/Expand the management of Breeze AI permissions
Since the launch of new Breeze / Copilot AI we have stumbled upon issues on multiple customer portals.
Users without access to worfklow / automation tools are able to create workflows with prompts with Breeze AI chat. I presume this is not intended, since the workflows themselves are often full of gibberish and do not provide any value.
The prompt doesn't even have to include a command to create a workflow, when Breeze interprets it as such and creates workflows. This in turn causes lots of cluttering in the workflow view.
