For those with sound email practices, it is rare that a Spam Report Rate will be something higher than 0% (and if it is this high or higher... you have other issues to address 😉).
Pretty much every "report" or dashboard/summary that shows a Spam Report Rate in HubSpot only shows it as 0%, because the actual rate is probably more like 0.002%, which is why it is important to display this rate with 3 decimal places so that we can actually see whether the rate is increasing or decreasing or compare the rate across various emails.
