I am implementing HubSpot Sales and CRM company-wide. We are starting with the most important features and rolling out 'nice-to-haves' as adoption increases. We are not using Tickets, Workflows, Memberships, or Playbooks at this time. Those features (and others_ automatically show in the preview and right sidebar (in a record). Seeing these features confuses our new users and makes the system seem overly complex and thus overwhelming. I would like the ability to limit content on preview and right sidebar panes similar to the ability already available in the left sidebar on records. This will greatly increase the usability of the system for new users. It is also a standard feature of several competitor systems. Thank you for considering my idea.

Apologies for any confusion here regarding access. This feature is currently rolling out and will be live to all portals by Monday, April 1st. I will post an update to the post once its live to all.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and support for Preview sidebar customization. I'm happy to share that we're working on a solution for this.
We're looking to run a small early access group in the coming weeks. Space is limited, so please join our waitlist via this form if you're interested in getting early access. Note: this feature is only available to super admin users.
I look forward to sharing more updates in the coming weeks!
Thank you for your continued feedback on this post! I'm looking to chat with a few folks about preview sidebar customization and the expected behaviors of how this experience should operate. If you are available over the next week, please schedule a time here. Thanks!
Hi Everyone! Thank you for your continued input on this post. Right sidebar customization is now available to all customers on professional+ plans. The preview panel is not included in that project, but it is something our teams are exploring for the future. I will post an update here when we move to the next stage and are ready for customer input.

@GEiselt We're now in public beta, so anyone is welcome to sign up via their account manager. The functionality is supported on custom objects, although I am not sure what you mean by OOTB?
Thank you all for the feedback here! I am excited to announce that we will be opening up a small beta later this month which enables you to customize your right sidebar. If you are interested in participating in the beta, please fill out this form so we can get in touch.
Gosh I have been looking in Hubspot how to do this, and discovered it isnt a feature. I am so glad this is now being raised as an Idea. This would be so helpful, at the moment it is too muchinformation for my end users and needs to be redacted just a bit
This would be so good. Our team loves using the preview sidebar while in the board view it'd be great to have some extra customisation to it especially with being able to re-order the activity buttons, like have log call instead of just create a note.
I have Enterprise edition and don't see that anywhere. In the Data Management - Deals, I only have the tabs "Setup", "Associations", "Pipelines", "Record Customization". I looked in each of those and don't see anything regarding "preview customization" other than the card view which is not what I need.

Hi all! I'm the PM for the CRM Record, and I just wanted to let you know that the ability to pull in fields outside of the 'About this...' section already exists today, although I'll admit it's confusing to get to.
Similar to the Page Editor for a Contact record, you can access the Page Editor for the Preview Sidebar. Settings > Data Management > [Select Object] > Preview Customization. From here, you could select the view that you'd like to edit and then reorder the cards, remove the 'About this...' card, add a new 'Card' with new properties, etc. Hope this helps!

Trying to see if my ask here was addressed but it doesn't look like it...
I'd like to see the conversation inbox in the ticket preview pane. Is there a way to customize the preview pane to see recent emails associated with the ticket there?
