Allow Custom Recurring Payment Intervals in HubSpot Payments
HubSpot Payments currently supports recurring charges on set intervals: weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. While this works well for many use cases, it falls short for organizations that offer longer-term or non-standard subscription periods.
For example, our association offers 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year membership renewals, and there is currently no way to configure those intervals in HubSpot’s recurring billing options. This creates friction in the checkout process and limits our ability to streamline multi-year renewals for members.
It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to define custom timeframes for recurring charges (e.g., every 24 months, 36 months, or 60 months). This added flexibility would expand HubSpot Payments’ usefulness for associations, nonprofits, and other membership-based organizations.
