Allow Contact Owner rotation based on Availability
We rotate contact owner inside a workflow as new leads/prospects come into the system. To make it less manual, we rotate between members of a team. However, sometimes one member of the team goes on vacation. Could that action have a button to take availability into account when assigning ownership? If a salesperson is out of the office for a week we don't want to assign them new leads that they can't work. The only solution HubSpot has now is to assign individuals instead of a team, but that takes a lot of manual work to add and remove people. Thanks!
