Allow Branding/Alias When Handing Chat from Bot to Live Agents
When using a live agent only chatflow, you have the option to hide agents behind branding and an alias, rather than exposing their name and HubSpot user pic publicly. However, when using a bot chatflow that passes off to a live agent, there is no option to use the branding/alias for the live agents. I can understand the value of showing visitors that they're chatting with a real person, but I think we should still have the choice to use the branding/alias for agents that aren't comfortable with having that information displayed.
I agree. We would like to use this feature. But for us it would be handy to have this feature per chatflow. We have few different chatflows that are answered by the same agents and for one we would want our clients just to see the company name, rather than the agents
