Allow Admins to Rename the AI Assistant (Breeze/Copilot) in HubSpot
As a HubSpot user, I would love the ability to rename the built-in AI assistant (currently shown as “Breeze” or “Copilot” in the sidebar and UI) to better reflect our company’s brand, culture, and workflows.
Use Case:
Our team uses the HubSpot sidebar AI for onboarding, support, automation, and guidance on a daily basis.
Being able to customize the assistant’s name helps personalize the experience for our end users, aligns the AI more closely with our internal terminology, and reinforces our brand identity when onboarding new team members.
For enterprise teams managing multiple HubSpot portals or different brands, a unique AI assistant name helps reduce user confusion.
Benefits:
Stronger branding and internal adoption
More intuitive training for new team members
Increased flexibility for organizations with unique naming conventions or cultural requirements
Suggestion: Please provide an option for Super Admins or portal administrators to set a custom name for the AI assistant in account settings, with the new name reflected in the UI wherever the assistant appears.
Thank you for considering this suggestion! Customizing the assistant’s name would be a big win for organizations invested in the HubSpot platform.
