Allow Additional Notification Settings for "Unassigned Chat" when Chat Agent is Away
Currently in HubSpot - user would be able to set notification for new unassigned chats.
However, if the chat agent is away - he is still receiving this notification because the new incoming chats are unassigned.
It would be great if there is an additional notification settings where it would check on chat agent status - to see if he is "Away" or "Available"
So for example - if the chat agent is away, then new unassigned chat conversation will not be sent to that user. As the user has set himself to be away which means he would not be working for the day.
