Today we are receiving account alerts/announcments in the header (top of the page) which are being flagged to all users. This is fine when letting know that something is not working as it should - but if it is something about account settings where admins need to take action (API sunsetting) or late payments it should NOT be sent to all users. In some cases Im getting concerned internal messages 15-20 times a day because of this.
Please either make it optional to set on account level - or change this for all customers. Messages that should ONLY concern admins, should only go to them, and not all users in plattform.
