It would be really nice if the Users & Teams function could differentiate between internal users and agency partner users.
We have an issue with similar names between our team and agency team members that causes mixups with mentions on contact records.
Even if we uncheck all of the contact, CRM and object permissions, they still have basic permissions for contacts and appear in the list of people to mention.
I know that different agency partners serve different purposes and this use case might not apply to everyone, but if they could be classified separately it would really help.
