Age restriction in a birthday date picker form

Hello, 

First there is a thread from 2018!!! Asking for a native Birthday - Age calculator, this defenitely needed.

But my post is to feature in the forms or in a date picker property rules an age restriction, so people under 18 or 21, depending on the setup cant even register or submitt the form.
