We use Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) for our eCommerce website so I set up the native integration between HubSpot and Adobe Commerce -- but it is so limited!
We would like to do very simple, common eCommerce practices e.g. see orders as line items against Contacts to report on revenue. Understand which products a Contact ordered or added to their wishlist, so we can upsell them to related items -- 'You might also like' sort of thing. And create abandoned cart audiences to encourage checkout.
As I understand, most eCommerce integrations, e.g. Shopify allow for this but the Magento integration is so limited. Apart from syncing Contacts and Products between systems, it doesn't do much else. I saw that there's a third-party integration available but it's ~$400/mo which is outragous on the top of the price of Adobe and HubSpot.
Are there plans to improve the existing integration? I'd be so happy to participate!
