Admin access to Away Toggle

As a Super Admin, I would like to have access to switch users from available to away, in chat, in case they forget or are terminated.

+1 for this. We have an employee on vacation who is currently set to available and is getting chats assigned to them.  We'd love to be able to toggle them off.

This is currently in planning. The team hopes to be able to address this in the next couple months. I will post once I have a more definite timeline! Stay tuned!
