Adjust the parameters of Lead Response Time

I'd like to be able to adjust the parameters of 'Lead Response Time' to include when a contact submits a certain a form and they are then enaged, or the time between when a contact is created (rather than assigned).
We have a lot of contacts for our industry in Hubspot already, and many have already have been assigned an owner before they ever are nurtured to the point of filling in a form.
So, it would be more useful to see how long we are taking to respond to these inquiries than it would be to see how long between assigning and engaging.
