Adjust Quickbooks Invoice Contact

We've built a quote based workflow that creates an invoice once the quote has been electronically signed. This works great except that the invoice adds the quote signer as the contact rather than the contact who pays the invoice at the company. Usually they are two different people.

 

Having the invoice automatically generated is great, but it's not fully automated because we can only select the first associated contact in HubSpot, so once it's created, we have to go back in and update who the contact is before sending the invoice out. It would be great if this dropdown (see picture) included association labels so we could say connect the contact who is associated to this quote/deal with the association label "Accounts Payable POC".
