Additional detail in quote signed email notifications
Issue: Quote signed email notifications don't have details of the Deal or Quote that the email relates to in the email subject or body and this has to be accessed via the links in the email body.
For any user with a high number of quotes this can substantially slow down being able to identify which approved quotes might need attention first and how to prioritise.
Solution:
Add additional details to the quote signed email notification to cover: name of the quote and associated deal, either in the subject, body, or both.
Impact: Sales reps would be able to identify from their email notifications which signed quotes need to be prioritised and more quickly feed this information to delivery teams.
*I am aware that quote workflows are available within Sales Hub Enterprise so some of this functionality could be automated but I think that additional detail would benefit users across all subscription levels.
