We really like the customer journey reports, but are missing one feature: While you can add list and property filters to the whole report, it would be great to be able to apply them also to individual steps. That way we could have a much more granular reporting and could compare contacts with different property values.
An example: We get custom events from our SaaS product for each and every step of the onboarding process. While we can now filter with lists on the whole report if e.g. contacts with different job titles show different behaviour, we can't do it for specific actions. Another example is we would like to see if contacts that triggered a specific event several times behave differently than others who just did it once. If we had contact filters available for each step, we could do this within one report, which would improve it a lot for us, and I think there are thousands of other possible use cases.
