Addition of BlueSky to HubSpot social media integrations
With the popularity (and usefulness) of X continuing to decline, and more and more people transitioning their accounts over to either BlueSky or Threads, it would be useful to have the option to integrate BlueSky accounts into HubSpot's social media dashboard.
This idea's status has changed from ‘Being Reviewed’ to ‘Idea Submitted’. This change is due to our improvement project to update our Ideas Forum statuses in order to provide better transparency into how we are listening to your feedback.
“Idea Submitted” means that our product teams are aware of this feedback and are monitoring the need for this feature alongside other inputs that determine their priorities & roadmap. Our product team knows this particular post has been one of the most popular requests over the last year, and this status change does not change the exploration our teams are actively doing with this feature! I hope to have another update from the product team this year for you all. 😊

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I'm an Associate Program Manager on our CXM team. I'm happy to share that adding BlueSky to HubSpot's social tools is something our prouct teams are in the process of reviewing. They've seen how popular this request is, and are looking into how it could be added. While there isn't an ETA yet of when this may be available, I will provide another update here once I hear more from our product teams about any next steps. Please extend the Social Media part of Hubspot for Bluesky as alternative to Twitter/X. Its basically Twitter reborn with some improvements against Bots/Trolls.... by the same developer as Twitter was originally designed.
Absolutely agree. Bluesky is gaining momentum and it's somewhere else where companies want to be. Having this integration in the usual Social tools within hubspot is something I could really use
