When conversing back and forth via notes you can create a note and attach a file but you cannot reply to that note with a file attached, only placed or embedded.
It would help cut down on repettativenes and multiple notes to keep it within one note chain. Kind of like how the image below is embedded and not attached. Depending on your window size it is hard to read.
Allowing attached files on notes would make sharing working files much quicker and easier.
