When using snippets it is easy to create a link. The link is only clickable when using the snippet on email. It would be very helpful if the link also works on tasks. As it is now, it only provides the snippet with the text and not the actual link.
This will help us a lot when creating tasks and when we have certain documents that is specified for the task.
I have the same problem with using snippets in live chat - it shows the text link URL, not a clickable link.
I've had to delete all links (not at all optimal) as they look very unprofessional in the snippet the customer receives.
