Adding form submission details on contact timelines in the mobile app

I know my team (and alot of your other users) would really benfit from being able to see Form Submission details on a contacts timeline when in the mobile app.  

 

When my team recieves a lead "on the go" they really cannot get the full informatin about the detals of the lead on the app. They can see it but they cannot get details. 

 

On the desktop when in a internet browerser logged in, you can click on "view updated properties" and that will expand to give you all the lead information. What are the inquiring on and most imporant what comments did the lead submit. 

 

Currently, our company as a whole cannot even use the mobile app becuase the first step is seeing what the prospect has inquired about and with our team selling yachts, they are very rarely on a computer. They are working from boats and from docks on their phones.

I agree, our sales team works remote and is on the road constantly. 

New leads come in through the website but they can't see the form submission details on the mobile app. 

The only way to see the message they wrote is on a computer. 

Takes them longer to respond to new leads or they forget and never reply. 

That's bad news for our company. 

Hubspot should resolve this immediately!
