Adding documents on the fly in email

There is many times while writing an email that I need to create a document on the fly.

There is no way to do it currently. 

Presently I have to open another Hubspot window, add the document, go back to the screen that has the email in progress, refersh the page and hope the email reappears and then and the document. 

Has to be a better way.
