Adding attachments to CRM customer profiles through the mobile app
We have just signed up to the CRM system. we are fencing contractors and wanted a system that would log all our enquiries/customer contact details so the 3 of us can access them, also to add any photos, plans, maps and videos of the job we are quoting for to the customers profile so we can access them easily.
This seems not possible through the mobile app only on the laptop version.
It would be helpful if we could upload photos straight to the app from our phones rather than having to upload them onto the laptop first. this seems an obvious function the app should have as that is where the mobile camera is! Disapointing its not a function and adds alot more time to the process.
We are a window cleaning company and want the same funcionality for quoting jobs. I found a work around in the mobile app - If you create a note you can attach photos to the note.
I haven't yet found a way to upload multiple photos at once though which is quite annoying and time consuming!
