When you need to add a line item to a quote the only information you get from the "Add line item" menu is the name and the cost of the product.
We have many of same products that use the same name but they have different SKU's. It would be nice to be able to edit these menus so you can have them the way you like it.
I agree completely. eg We sell different types of seals, all called "Seal" but with different SKUs and prices. I can only add a line item by name or description so there is no way for me to know which of the 50 items with "Seal" in the description is the one that's required. The Hubspot "Quotes" function is currently un-usable for me us the moment and we've had to revert to our previous application to do this.
I agree! We just ran into this problem. We have quoting on our website and the quote syncs into Hubspot and the SKU info goes into HubSpot but then doesn't show up on the quote form. VERY Frustrating. My sales team needs to know the SKU # to process the quote.
