Adding Welsh as a default content creation language
Creating fully bilingual services is a top priority for any organisation operating in Wales, so it would be great to have Welsh added to the list of default content creation languages.
This would allow us to create Welsh translations of content, such as forms, without the system-generated content defaulting to English. For example, if we build a Welsh version of a form for our website, the validation errors currently appear in English. This makes it difficult for us to meet the language standards set out by the Welsh Language Commissioner.
As no CRM provider currently offers native Welsh language support, adding this option represents a significant business opportunity for HubSpot to be a market leader in Wales and would be a welcome addition to the 40+ languages and dialects already available on HubSpot.
Speaking as a HubSpot Solutions Partner in Wales, I couldn't agee more. I'm sure we arent the biggest market that HubSpot is in, but we are passionate about our language and this move would give HubSpot (and me!) a huge advantage over other platforms.
