In order to manage the CRM and to have every rep focused on doing their job, the SuperAdmin role needs to have access, at least in a management way, to every tool that the team has.
I have reached the limit of Sequences in my account but I couldn't foresee because I don't have access. Now I have to assign myself a SalesPro seat in order to delete some, but I don't have the info on the User status (how long they have logged, their role) in order to assess if I can delete the sequence or not.
Agreed, just a read/ create view of sequences would be ideal. I am super admin but mostly marketing however, I create a lot for the sales team to use including sequences. At the moment I log in as them to create but this isn't ideal. Would love for super admins to be able to at view everything.
