Adding Call Type to criteria for workflows and lists

It would be nice to be able to filter contacts by custom call type and meetings. This could help target and better segment where a contact stands in the sales process. Ideally, you could pull the data in both Lists and Workflows.

 Absolutely. I'm setting up a call back workflow, and depending on the call outcome & type I want a different If/ Then branch taken. Otherwise tagging calls only really shows up in Dashboard metrics.

It is now possible to filter objects by the call and meeting type in lists and workflows! It is also possible to filter by the call outcome with a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. Please see this article from our Knowledge Base for further information about these available filters.
